Bushmills Inn

Bushmills, Co. Antrim

The hotel excels in providing a relaxing environment for couples, a small group of friends - very often a golfing party. Apart from luncheon groups (often overseas guests visiting the Giant’s Causeway ) the hotel declines large parties and weddings as they can take over, rather than absorb, the inherently warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.

Spacious and creatively designed guest rooms, discretely accommodating modern technology, all have their own sitting room area, small dressing room and, of course, private bathrooms.

The original Coaching Inn rooms, all of different shapes and sizes are the budget price rooms, all overlooking the village main street. In addition, there are six Superior rooms that are slightly different, three have four-poster beds and all enjoy enhanced furnishings and services. There are two family rooms adored by children - they climb a ladder to a mezzanine area with two full sized beds. Because of the ladder it is not suitable for young children.

Our Take

A haven of rest on the North Antrim coast- cosy fires, bustling atmospheric lounge spaces, whiskey smoked atmospheric bar, and later, the comfy beds make this Inn a wonderful, welcoming place. One of the highlights of any trip to Northern Ireland! Although certainly not the budget end of the market, it is also not as expensive as similar high-end lodgings. Value for money!I
