Simple guideline to help you decide which walk is most suitable to you
Strenuous A walk that is at a fast pace over rough terrain and should only be taken on by experienced and strong walkers.
Moderate too strenuous A walk over trails and rough terrain, at a steady pace and should be taken on by people with some mountain experience.
Easy too moderate Walks are on trails and at a slow pace with some rough ground, with moderate height gain, no experience required.
Easy Walks are on trails and at a slow pace with some rough ground and very little height gain, no experience required.
