Business partners Declan Burke and Declan Somers bring a range of travel experiences to the business and a shared enthusiasm for Ireland's landscape and culture. From Galway to Dublin and Belfast to Kerry, they've traveled far and wide, experiencing the country as few people have. Declan Burke
Galway native Declan Burke heads the U.S. office of Signpost Tours. He has been involved in the travel business for years and is especially interested in outdoors pursuits. An avid golfer, Declan is always willing to share any infomation on Irish golf courses and nineteen holes around Ireland!!
Declan Somers
Based in Galway, Carlow native Declan Somers is a trained guide, fluent in Japanese, and is infinitely well versed on Irish history and culture. He is also a little mad which has been scientifically proven since joining Signpost Tours.
Interns
This summer Signpost Tours was fortunate to have four interns contributing to the company's evolution. Brittany Degres, Maggie Oldham and Kate Treder came to us by way of Saint Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana. Mana Sakaguchi from Northeastern University in Boston.
