High School Tour Itinerary

Day One

Day Two

  • Breaskfast. Fully guided day tour of Dublin.


  • Including The Book of Kells, The National Museum etc.


  • Free time to shop in Grafton Street, Dublin's high street.


  • Group Dinner. Enjoy a night of music and dance at The Merry Ploughman Traditional Night Out.


  • Return to Hotel. Irish Movie Night - The Committments.


Day Three

  • Breakfast. Day Tour of County Wicklow.


  • Visit Powercourt Estate & Gardens and Glendalough Monastic Ruins. Also pass by the K-Club where this years Ryder Cup was held.


  • Coach Tour of County Wicklow. Visit many other sites and towns.


  • Return to Dublin. Sleep/Count the sheep you saw today.


Day Four

  • Early Breakfast. Transfer to Killarney in County Kerry(Ireland's Southeast).


  • Stops along the way. See the Rock of Cashel etc.


  • Check into Hotel. Unpack. Rest.


  • Guided walking tour of Killaney Town. Free time for students.


  • Dinner at Hotel. Table Quiz for Irish prizes.


Day Five

Day Six

  • After a hearty Irish breakfast, we tour The Gap of Dunloe.


  • Later in the afternoon, we take a boat ride through the famous Killarney Lakes.


  • Free time for students in Killarney to shop.


  • Group Dinner followed by Irish Movie Night - Michael Collins


Day Seven

  • Transfer to Galway City(West Of Ireland).


  • Stop at the The Cliffs of Moher and The Burren.


  • Walking Tour of this Medieval City.


  • Students will then have some free time to observe and listen to the many street performers that are to be found at every corner street.


  • Group Dinner. Choice of activiteies to follow.


Day Eight

Day Nine

  • Atfter breakfast, we transfer to County Meath,


  • Spend the day at the Causey Experience - Being Irish for a Day.


  • Learn to play hurling, play the bodhran/tin whistle, bake Irish soda bread and experience Irish country life, etc.


  • Many other options available - turf cutting etc.


  • Check into Hotel. Final Night Banquet.


Day Ten

  • Early Breakfast.


  • Transfer to Airport. Sad farewells to Ireland.


  • Arrive Home. Big Smiles. Tall Stories. Great Friends. Life long Memories.
